The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. 受到少子化衝擊，近年陸續有私校停招、停辦，而教育部退場審議會討論後共有7所學校被列為專案學校，現在外界也憂心，私立高中職是否有類似狀況，對此，教育部透露，目前仍在統計中，不過預估超過20所私立高中職恐列為專案學校。
教育部在九月召開退場審議會，公布7所學校列為專案輔導，包含大同技術學院、高苑科技大學、中州科技大學、台灣首府大學、明道大學、環球科技大學、和春技術學院。教育部昨繼續召開退場審議會第5次會議，會議決議令和春技術學院從112年5月10日起停辦，另根據教育部規定，並解除和春全體董事職務，並派任經本次會議審議同意的董事會成員。

今天教育部長潘文忠與國教署長彭富源到立院備詢時，也被追問大專有7所被列為專輔學校，受到少子化衝擊，私立高中職也首當其衝，高中職現況是否更嚴重，以及是否有掌握到有多少學校需要專案輔導。
對此，彭富源表示目前仍在統計詳細的數量，不過透露估計有超過20所，但實際結果要由退場審議會開會討論再公布。
