為了平息風波，金管會主委黃天牧今（9）日親上火線參與防疫險理賠審核相關會議，針對保險業對於「數位健康證明」恐有偽造等爭議，疫情指揮中心也宣布，將在數位證明上新增「身分證字號」，以利於壽險業查驗理賠者身分及真實性。

民眾：「我覺得保險公司很黑啊！就是賺那麼多錢，那你應該要負責任嘛，他賠錢了他不願意賠，我就覺得真的是蠻欺負人的。」
民眾：「鑽合約的漏洞，我會覺得他們非常過分。」
衛福部長陳時中：「保險合約是經過金管會所核准的，所以都有照合約來履行的義務，保險公司也不要造成民眾的恐慌，常常講說一下說要這樣的證明，一下要這樣的證明，今天在合法的證明都可以來使用。」
因為金管會研擬以「數位健康證明」取代實體診斷書，就怕出現偽造文書等爭議，讓業者揚言要「聯手拒賠」，但其實有解決方法！

其實只要打開衛福部的數位證明查驗網址，並且對著數位證明的QRcode掃一下，就會立刻跳出保戶的個人資料以供保險公司來做查驗。

疫情指揮中心最新也宣布，將在「數位證明」新增「身分證欄位」，也就是說10日起，版本將全面更新。

數位證明取代診斷書，便利性高減少群聚風險，同時減輕業務員負擔，但對於壽險業來說，解不開的心結恐怕還是難以估計的理賠金。
